Unreal Engine 4 Level Design

During my studies at University, I developed an attachment for environment and level design in the Unreal Game Engine. I worked on a number of projects within Unreal Engine 4 and used external software such as Blender, Substance Painter, and Quixel Bridge.

A little bit about the first project...

This is my first project working with the Unreal Engine. I was required to create a run-down abandoned building. I decided to create an abandoned casino.

The background of the next project...

I decided to explore outdoor environment design in Unreal for my next project. I used Quixel Bridge and the Megascans library for the 3D assets. For more depth into this investigation check out the research and development blogs below.

And the next project...

Additionally, I wanted to explore the forest scene further and I designed another environment using free assets from the Epic Games Unreal Marketplace.

Finally, the last project...

Serenity is a project I worked on in my final year at University. I incorporated 3D Modelling and Game Level Design in Unreal. The software I used includes Blender, Substance Painter, and Unreal Engine 4. For my first attempt at 3D modeling, I created a hanging lantern, floor lantern, and water lantern.
